Q. How do I become a Coolbit-Asia Silver or Gold Member?

A1: Silver: Qualify to be a Silver Member by making a one-time online purchase of US$100 and above.

A2: Gold: Qualify to be a Gold Member by making a one-time online purchase of US$200 and above.

• For online purchases, please ensure that you register for an account prior to making your purchase.

 Customers buying in S$ and Chinese RMB will need to meet the US$ membership qualification criteria.

Q: How do I enjoy my privileges? 

Log into your account for a hassle free shopping experience. For both Gold and Silver members, your member discount will be reflected automatically when you checkout for payment of regular-priced items online. Please ensure that you are logged in using the same registered email address.

 

Q: Is there an expiry to my privilege membership? 

A: No, our privilege membership program does not have an expiry date.

Q: Can I get the 5 % and 10% discount off regular-priced item privilege immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a Silver and Gold Member respectively? 

A: No, the 5% and 10% discount privilege is only applicable for your next purchase. You will receive an email confirming your Silver and Gold membership within a week after qualifying, so you can start enjoying the membership discounts. 

Q: Is the 5% and 10% discount applicable to other promotionally-priced items at Coolbit-Asia? 

A: No, the 5% and 10% membership discounts are only applicable for regular-priced products, and cannot be used with other promotionally priced items at Coolbit-Asia.
