5. Credit Card Payment.

During a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. GAC Enterprise

will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability of using a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

 

6. Delivery and Collection

(a) Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you with a reasonable delivery cost that will be added to the order amount. Delivery cost and shipment days on the website are for your reference, dependent on destination/zone. Suggested shipment days are subject to local custom clearance., seasonal traffic, or any unexpected reasons and we reserve the right to change the delivery cost without notice.

(b) Any loss or damage occurs during the international shipping, we will try the best to assist in tracing the parcel, but will not be responsible for any compensation. If the goods cannot be delivered due to wrong address provided or rejected by the receipt of order, we will not provide any refund.

Cash On Delivery (COD):

(a) Cash on delivery is not acceptable for international delivery. Any custom or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If the recipient of the order rejects to pay for the tax and make the goods fail to deliver, we will not be able to make refund.

 

7. Cancellations, Exchanges and Return Policy

 

GAC Enterprise grants the user the right to return the product by applying for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 calendar days of the sales order acceptance. To qualify for an RMA, the user must meet the following qualifications:

(1) Return the product (excluding display set items) in its original condition, including the box, with the warranty and your valid proof of purchase from GAC Enterprise.

(2) Upon returning the goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.

(3) Clothing should be in new, original condition with tag and label intact;

 

8. Proprietary Rights.
