ATM Membership Benefits
The Association of Texas Midwives (ATM) would like to encourage you to join us! ATM works hard to represent the interests of midwives all across our state. We keep a close eye on legislation, and attend meetings of the Texas Department of License and Regulation Midwives Advisory Board to be sure the needs of Texas midwives are communicated. As a member of ATM, your Regional Director can keep you informed of current issues, and express your concerns to the ATM Board of Directors and to the Midwifery Program.

- As a member of ATM, you are entitled to a business listing in the Find a Midwife section of our website.
- You do not have to have Internet access or even own a computer to take advantage of this opportunity. It works much like a Yellow Page ad and it is free to all ATM midwife members. If you become a member this is generated automatically.

To join ATM, fill out and submit the following form. You will then be directed to a page with the option of paying online using PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you will need to print this page before you click the submit button and mail it along with your payment to:

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age to become an ATM member.
Prorated Rates
Memberships shall be renewed each January. If you are renewing in the middle of the year you may prorate your membership dues.

The prorated amounts will be reflected on the payment form. If mailing your application, contact the ATM office if you have any questions regarding the cost of your membership.
ATM Website Member Areas
Some sections of the ATM website are reserved for members only. Members have expanded access to several areas of the ATM Website, but a password is needed for full access. For example:
- Some articles may not be read in their entirety without a password.
- You may also test for CEUs with a password.
Your username and password will be sent to you via email when your application is approved, and the ATM webmaster has been notified of your active membership. All members will receive mailings and information about ATM business, education, legislation and other state news. Also available to members is a Yahoo user group for midwives. Email the ATM office for more information about this user group.
