Do I need an appt. to get an estimate?

No, you do not need an appt. to get an estimate. You can stop in, email us, text us at (516) 523-2897 – however you would like to get in contact with us. We also offer online estimates.

Do I need more than 1 estimate?

No

Can the insurance company make me go to their claims center for an estimate?

No, it’s illegal for your insurance company to even mention to go somewhere.

Do I need to use a collision shop affiliated with my insurance company?

No, your insurance company cannot make you go to their affiliated collision shop for an estimate or repair. It violates NYS Law.

Who pays for the tow?

The cost of the tow is usually part of your insurance coverage. We will lay out the money for your tow and then we recoup the cost of the tow back from your insurance company.

How long will my repair take?

Every car is unique and the length of time for the repair is dependent on the individual vehicle. We will consult with you the day that the car is brought in to let you know how long the repair will take.

Is the work warrantied?

Yes. We have been working in our building for 15 years and have always and will always guarantee our work for the length of time that you own your vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept certified checks, insurance company checks, credit cards, money order, & cash.
