When we started making face shields we wanted to make the highest quality face shield. 1st started out with 1/4" acrylic for the headset. We use 3/4" x 3/8" padding to make the face shield comfortable against your forehead. Padding zipped tied in place for long lasting. On the back side we use 2 rubber bands to adjust the size for different size heads. From there we go to the face shield. We use .030 Impact Modified Clear Acrylic to create the shield. The shields wrap around and protect side and front of face also the face shields are away from face to allow for glasses and NO nose rubbing. These can be cleaned and reused there is also replacement shields available. Depending on use we can adjust the length of the face shield.
