At In Flight, Inc., we empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach for their hopes and dreams and support a meaningful quality of life. We provide programming that simultaneously teaches independent living skills while supporting inclusion and community integration.

In Flight addresses the barriers to independence for people with disabilities. Our programs teach independent living skills coupled with employment skills. Not only do our programs support individuals to be as independent as possible, but also support inclusion through community integration.
