Where do orders ship from?

All of your orders ship from The Mutinous Mermaid headquarters located at:

East Greenville, PA

When can I expect my order to ship?

My goal is always to get orders picked, packed, and shipped out ASAP. Each order is prepared with loving care and inspected by my seconds in command, Marzipan and Wonton.
Since we are a one-girl, two-cat team, please expect your shipping time to fall between one to two weeks.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
After your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

What do I do if my package is lost?

You will receive a tracking number with every purchase that can be followed through the USPS website. This tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please contact your local postal service provider with your tracking number and request an investigation with them if you suspect your package has been misplaced.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

All sales are final. If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please do not hesitate to contact me!
All damaged or incorrect shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
