Richard B. Druby has been in private civil practice since 1991, and is  managing partner of Nestico Druby, P.C. Mr. Druby's primary practice involves civil litigation, negotiation of oil and gas leases, family law and mediation.

Mr. Druby has handled hundreds of civil litigation matters involving construction related disputes for architects and engineers, including the defense of professional malpractice claims, and has litigated all types of commercial and business disputes in both state and federal court. He also has considerable experience in appellate advocacy.

Mr. Druby has assisted many landowners in Southwestern and Northeastern Pennsylvania in understanding and protecting their rights when approached by oil and gas companies seeking to lease minerals rights in the Marcellus Shale play. He has, and continues, to lecture on oil and gas leasing topics.

His family law practice includes divorce, custody, support and adoption, as well as premarital planning and premarital agreements. He previously served as a Divorce Master in Dauphin County from 2006 through 2013.

Mr. Druby founded New Direction Mediation Center, which offers mediation and arbitration services, in order to provide a creative and alternative approach to resolving litigation disputes.  He received his mediation training through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Mr. Druby is currently on the Board of Directors of the Lebanon Community Theatre.   He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Lancaster/Lebanon, The Hershey Partnership, and  the Derry Township Community Action Corporation.
