A most excellent combination of cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, and oats all of which are honey toasted.

What an odd name for Granola!!! Steve Washbun's (owner of Holladay Utah's Great Harvest Bread Co.) father was a called "High Pockets" because he grew so tall as a young man. Steve and Nan Washburn have graciously shared their dad's recipe with us. They have been making this same granola for over 15 years. We hope you enjoy it as much as I did the first time I tried it.
