Fitzpatrick Associates is a family owned and operated company for over 30 years.  For many of those years Fitzpatrick Associates specialized in large coastal custom homes.  Over the past several years Fitzpatrick Associates has incorporated this experience and expertise in our condominium communities.

Communities specifically designed for the active adult, emphasizing high quality, single level, energy efficient, easy to live in homes.  Our custom home experience allows us to offer a wide variety of options, allowing clients to customize to their specific needs and desires, a service that many other condominiums typically do not offer.

We currently offer two distinct communities; Eastern Meadows and Cottage Brook.  Walking trails are right out your door, beaches along with some of Maine’s prettiest state parks are only minutes away.  We are located in the coastal town of Cape Elizabeth Maine.  Cape Elizabeth, well known for its Beaches, Parks and Schools, is a suburb of Portland Maine, Maines largest city.
