Product Color Accuracy

                                Colors on your screen may not correctly reflect the true color of the actual product.

Monitors and other electronic devices have many variances that do not represent the optimal color.

   We highly recommend you request free samples in order to match any other colors in your home prior to placing an order.



Damaged Merchandise


Upon receiving your products, thoroughly inspect it for any damage.

If you notice any issues, contact us immediately within 3 business days so we can file a claim and quickly ship out a replacement.



Limited Lifetime Warranty


Given any normal use and there is a malfunction with a particular part, there is a limited warranty.

However, any damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, altercations, or any accidents/abuse are not covered.



Order Changes or Cancellations


With all products of an estimated production time of less than 3 days, they cannot be modified or cancelled after the order is placed.

If the product is estimated production of more than 3 days, please contact us immediately within 1 business day from the date order





Unfortunately, all of our Caco products are custom cut so these items are not returnable.

If you made a mistake in ordering contact us and we would be willing to give a "whoops" discount for your next purchase.

Our Achim products on the other hand can be returned within 30 days as long as the product has not been opened.

The only thing required is for you to email us so we can send a return authorization number,

and also to pay the shipping cost to send it back.



Ordering Blinds for Multiple Rooms


We do recommend if you are making any window treatment purchases that it is done on the same order.

The reason being is to prevent color deviations, whether it be from the dye or paint colors when being manufactured.

This also includes previous installations that might have shade differentiations from your new products due to age.





If you wish to add more items to your original order, please contact us immediately.

If the item is still in production, if you have your original receipt with the P.O. number it is possible we can add on to your order.

Make note that this may effect production time which could change your estimated shipping time.
