The Worcester County 4-H/FFA Fair Board would like to invite you to display your information at the 2023 Worcester County Fair.

The booth spaces are reserved for service organizations providing information about their services to the public. Persons reserving a Not For Profit Vendor Booth shall not sell any goods or services as part of their display. Political Candidates and Political Party Organizations are classified as Non-Food Vendors and shall submit all applications and fees associated with that classification.

A fee of $50.00 will be required to reserve a Not For Profit Vendor Booth at the fair. This fee will be refunded at the end of the fair, if you stay all three days.

The Vendor spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet. You must supply your own tables, tent, and chairs. Electric is available if desired.

Set-Up Time: Friday, September 15, 2023 from 8 AM until 1 PM.

Hours of Operation: Friday, September 15, 2023 from 2 PM until 7 PM, Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 10 AM until 7 PM, and Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 10 AM until 4:00 PM.

Vendors must set up booth during designated times.

Vendors must release from any liability for injuries or losses associated with the Worcester County Fair, the Fair Board, the Town of Snow Hill, and its members and associates.

Vendors will only be permitted to have one vehicle parked at each booth. All others must be parked in designated Fair parking areas.

Vendors shall not close before the end of operating hours on any fair day without the consent of the fair. You must remain open for all three days of the fair during the hours of operation.

24 hour Security is provided

A confirmation letter will be sent to you once your application is processed.

We hope you will take advantage of this event. We advertise through local papers, radio stations, on our website, and through various internet sites, as well as through the Worcester County Fair Premium Catalog and brochures which are distributed throughout Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico counties.
