The Worcester County 4-H/FFA Fair Board would like to invite you to display your product at the 2023 Worcester County Fair. This year's fair has been scheduled for September 15 - September 17, 2023, at Byrd Park in Snow Hill. The fee for a Non-Food Vendor Booth is $50.00 for all three days.

The Vendor areas are 20 feet by 20 feet. You must supply your own tables, tent, and chairs. Electric is available if desired.

Set-Up Time: Friday, September 15, 2023 from 8 AM until 1 PM.

Hours of Operation: Friday, September 15, 2023, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM and Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Vendors must set up booth during designated times.

Vendors must release from any liability for injuries or losses associated with the Worcester County Fair, the Fair Board, the Town of Snow Hill, and its members and associates. Any Vendor providing rides must submit proof of liability insurance that names the Worcester County Fair and the Town of Snow Hill as parties also covered.

Vendors shall not close before the end of operating hours on any fair day without the consent of the fair. You must remain open for all three days of the fair during the hours of operation.

Vendors will only be permitted to have one vehicle parked at each booth. All others must be parked in designated Fair parking areas.

24 hour Security is provided
Thursday - Sunday
by the Snow Hill Police Department

Please return the Non Food Vendor Application that is enclosed along with your check for $50.00, made payable to:

P.O. Box 356, Snow Hill, MD. 21863

All applications and payment must be postmarked by Friday, September 1, 2023.

There will be a $10.00 late fee for any applications received after the deadline.

There will be a $50.00 charge on all returned checks. Refunds will be given if a request is made in writing by Friday, September 1, 2023.

There will be a service fee of $25.00 deducted from each refund.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you once your payment is recorded in the Worcester County Fair bank account.

We advertise through local papers, radio stations, on our website, and through various internet sites, as well as through the Worcester County Fair Premium Catalog and brochures which are distributed throughout Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico counties.
