Making The Most Of Your Time With Us
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment times at normal fee.  Some spa packages require a credit card deposit.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to reschedule, please provide 24-hour notice for any single service, 48 hours for multiple services or spa packages.

RETURN CHECKS: If a check is returned, you will be charged a $25 handling fee.

GRATUITIES: Your services do not include an appreciation for the technician.  Please feel free to leave the gratuity you consider appropriate.

SPA DECORUM: In order to preserve a relaxing and meditative atmosphere, we ask that you speak softly and please turn off all cellular phones and pagers.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: All services are therapeutic and professional.  If a client is behaving inappropriately, the therapist is authorized to stop treatment and full payment for treatment will be charged.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal articles.

SPA PROCEDURES: First time guests will be asked to fill out a confidential health and skin care profile.  Please disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription drugs you are taking.

CHILDREN: We do love your children.  However, due to insurance and liability purposes, children under the age
of 13 years will not be allowed in the salon or day spa unless they are receiving a service.  We hope you will
understand and appreciate the tranquil and quiet environment we have created to make everyone’s visit to
White Sands as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
