Similar taste and size to regular radish sprouts with a slightly more hearty texture and striking deep purple color. Also known as Red Daikon or Sango, this vivid-colored micro radish is an attractive choice as a garnish and its spicy taste compliments salads, hors d oeuvres, fish and meat dishes.
