The Dutchess County Saint Patrick’s Parade Committee is offering a $1000 scholarship for a girl and a $1000 scholarship for a boy of Irish decent.

The scholarship is open to graduating High School Seniors and students currently enrolled in College. Scholarships will be awarded for Community Involvement and Academic Achievement.

Austin Enright and Kaitlyn Forbes are the recipients of the 2011 Dutchess County Saint Patrick’s Parade Committee Scholarship.

Austin is a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School and is attending Rochester Institute of Technology studying Computer Science/Game Design and Development.

Kaitlyn graduated from Dutchess Community College and is attending SUNY Cortland as an Allied Health Major. Her goal is to become a Physician's Assistant.
