Does Square One accept insurance?
No, unfortuntely because of the paperwork and staff required to maintain, we do not accept any insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, with competitive pricing in place and many products not covered by insurance we fill a need. We also will provide documentation for anything purchased should you need a receipt for reimbursement or insurance purposes.
Square One Medical ships most order via UPS Ground. Rates can be based on quantity, size, and destination.
Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are shipped via U.S. Postal.

*Any un-opened product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs provided there is no damage and product is not expired or due to expire in 60 days or less.
*Any product received that is leaking or damaged can be returned for full credit provided Square One is contacted within 48 hours of receipt. Determination is made at that time on disposal or return of product.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of customer to return product unless product is damaged upon receipt.
