
Dr. Oulai joined Battle Creek Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, PLLC in 2010, returning to the area where he first started practicing, to reunite with his family. Dr. Oulai brings the best of both worlds, over 10 years experience as a practicing orthopedic surgeon and new surgical techniques and approaches from recently completing his fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Oulai received his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his Internship and Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Oulai practiced for over 10 years before taking a Fellowship position in Total Joint Replacement at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Oulai is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2002. He is an Active Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons since 2004. His interests include minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and complex reconstruction procedures in Total Joint Replacement.
