John C. Morgan, MD

Dr. Morgan joined Battle Creek Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, PLLC, in 1978.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University ofMichigan .  He is a graduate of the Wayne State University Medical School .  Dr. Morgan completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids , MI .  He has been certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 1979.

Dr. Morgan has served as Vice Chief of Staff at Battle Creek Health System and Chief of the Scoliosis Clinic at Southwestern Michigan Rehabilitation Hospital.  He was Chief of Surgery from 1994 to 1996.  Dr. Morgan is also a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.  He is a member of the Michigan State Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Calhoun County Medical Society, Michigan Orthopaedic Society, and a member of the Battle Creek Health System Board of Trustees from 2000-2004.
