William J. Comai, DO

Dr. Comai joined Battle Creek Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, PLLC, in 1993.  Dr. Comai grew up in Battle Creek and received his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College .  He is a graduate of Michigan State University ’s College of Osteopathic Medicine .  He completed his internship and residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital-Bicounty Community Hospital.  Dr. Comai has been certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in October of 1995 and recertified in 2005.

Dr. Comai has previously held the positions of Chief of Surgery, Vice Chief of Surgery, and Quality Improvement Committee member at Battle Creek Health System. He is a member of the Calhoun County Medical Society, the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics.
