SHIPPING COSTS - Shipping is free to destinations in continental United States via UPS Ground transportation for most items. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may require additional shipping charges. Express delivery, overnight and international destinations require additional charges and are done via direct quote to specific destinations.

CREDIT CARDS – We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.

SALES TAX – Internet transactions regardless of point of origin are conducted as if the customer were located in Massachusetts. 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax will be automatically added at check out.

CUSTOM DESIGN - Every item we manufacture is the result of a design idea from one of our customers. We talk with them and discuss their needs which results in a final design.. New designs are given an identity based on a name, location, event or some special significance often of the customer's choosing. There is never a charge for design work. Since most of our boxes are made to order, changes in a box dimention or design are never a problem.
