Pioneer 12" Polymer Graphite Cone Refoam Kit
This is the correct kit that fits on the Pioneer 12" Polymer Graphite Cone woofers. The foam has a flat attachment to cone, but it fits perfect on the back side of the angled cone.
Check for correct dimensions..

Cabinet Model #'s include HPM 900 and more
12" Woofer Part # 30-758A

Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers:
- Refoaming Instructions
- 2 Foam Surrounds
- Shims For Centering the 3" Voice Coils (If wanted)
- Two 3.9" Paper Dust Caps (If wanted)
- 1 Bottle of Black Specially Formulated Graphite Cone Adhesive (Strong and sticky for excellent bond)

*It can be very difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.

***The graphite cone is extremely brittle and can crack very easily. Be sure to be very gentle when scraping off the old foam, cutting off the old dust cap and when glueing on the new foam. You might want to consider hand centering these woofers instead of removing the dust caps and shimming the voice coil.

A - Outside diameter of the surround = 11.5"
B - Roll ends = 10.5"
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 9.5"
D - Inside diameter of the surround = 9"
