JL Audio 10" Refoam Kit
This kit will fit JL Audio 10" subwoofers models that have a flat attachment to cone. These woofers are poly (plastic) cones, which use our black poly glue.
Check for correct dimensions..

Model #'s include 10W0, 10W1, 10W6 and 10W3v2. These will NOT fit the version 2's except the 10W3v2.

The Refoam Kit includes the materials needed to repair your subwoofer(s):
- Refoaming Instructions
- Foam Surround(s)
- Shims for Centering the 2" Voice Coil(s)
- 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Poly Cone Black Adhesive (Strong and sticky for excellent bond)

You will need to carefully remove the original dust cap to shim the voice coil and reglue it back down when repair is complete.

*It can very difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.

A - Outside diameter of the surround = 9.625"
B - Roll ends = 9"
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 7.625"
D - Inside diameter of the surround = 7.125"
