8 inch "M" Roll Refoam Kit.
This kit fits the JBL 86160-AC180 (Toyota Avalon) and Mark Levinson 86160-0W260 8" woofer. It will also fit some Lexus and Cadillac speakers. The edge of this foam surround has 2 rolls shaped like the letter M.
Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) woofer:
- Refoaming Instructions
- 1 Foam Surround (F8-6)
- 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive
*It can be difficult to remove the dust cap on this woofer. We recommend hand centering this woofer instead of shimming the voice coil when replacing the foam surround. When the glue is still tacky you can move the cone up and down. If you feel or hear the voice coil rubbing, just keep moving the cone assembly until it is free of rubbing.
A - Outside diameter of the surround = 8"
B - Roll ends = 7.25"
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 6"
D - Inside diameter of the surround = 5.625"
