Masonry Restoration and Cleaning - Section 04500

HMRI provides a full range of Masonry Cleaning (Section 04510) services. HMRI uses specialty cleaning methods to restore masonry buildings to their original appearance while preserving the masonry’s integrity. Some of the cleaning methods include soaker hose, water pressure, specific detergents, paint stripping and poultice.

Joint Sealants Section 07900

HMRI provides sealant and caulking services for all types of building envelops such as EFIS, Metal Panel, Brick, Precast, Glass and Stone. We have used many types of sealants including but not limited to Urethanes, Silicone's, Epoxy, and Polyurea's. Sealant manufactures that we have worked with are Dow, BASF Sonneborn (now Masterseal), Sika, Tremco, and Pecora.

Waterproofing/Dampproofing/Air Barrier Section 07000

HMRI provides a full range of below grade waterproofing systems and above grade air barrier systems. Systems we have installed are Henry, Grace, Carlisle, Sonneborn (now Masterseal) and Cetco.
