Each of our owners is also a seasoned healthcare provider. Together, they have more than 42 years experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine. Dr. Carol Bridges, M.D.

Carol was raised in Upland, California and in 1991 graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of California, Irvine. She went on to attend the University’s College of Medicine, receiving an M.D. in 1995. For the following three years, Carol performed her residency training in Family Medicine in Spokane Washington. She moved to Missoula in 1998 to practice full-spectrum family medicine, including Obstetrics. Since 2004, she has specialized in Emergency Room and Urgent Care medicine.

Dr. Greg Hutton, D.O.

A Missoula native, Greg graduated in 1986 from the medical school of Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. For the following three years, he performed his residency training in Family Practice at Riverside General Hospital in Riverside, California; from 1989 to 1992 he served as a clinical faculty member in the hospital’s Family Practice residency program. Since his return to Missoula in 1992, Greg has worked in Family Practice and Urgent Care.

Lesley Von Eschen, PA-C

Lesley earned a Bachelors Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 1998. She has since served as a physician assistant for rural emergency departments in Montana, Idaho, and Washington. Since 2001, Lesley has also specialized in urgent care medicine in Missoula, Montana. In addition, she has worked as a medical legal consultant and has served as the Director at Large for the Montana Academy of Physician Assistants.

Our Staff

Jean Higgins-Peretto

Jean earned a B.A. degree from the University of Montana, and later studied at Des Moines University, where she received both a B.S. degree and a Physician's Assistant (PA-C) degree. Jean is certified by the NCCPA and specializes in family medicine.

Paula Colledge

Paula earned her Physician's Assitant degree (PA-C) as an honors student at Pacific University. She has worked as a PA in the fields of neurosurgery and emergency medicine.

Josh Smith

Josh received his BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) in 2001. He received his MSN and FNP degrees in the spring of 2008. He has worked in hospital emergency departments and his certifications include PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC and STN.
