Policy:
All gifts can be hand-delivered in the Metro-Orlando, Central Florida area. Gifts (except bouquets) are packaged in our signature blue box with brown bow. Gifts that are odd-sized or over-sized will be wrapped.
A local delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order for each address. Gifts with a destination outside our delivery area will be shipped.
We are happy to offer local delivery to the Central Florida and Metro Orlando zip codes listed below. (Fee is $10 unless noted). For any destination within our delivery area, you may opt to have the item shipped if you prefer.

Orders are delivered the next business day unless you note otherwise during checkout. If you are in need of a last minute gift delivered same day, please call us (765.236.6823) to see how we can assist you.
We will do our best to accomodate requests for specific times of day, but we can not guarantee it.
We deliver Monday through Friday. Orders with delivery dates that fall on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following business day.
