Hotty Balm naturally soothes, protects and rejuvenates your skin. After cleansing face at night, warm a small amount in fingertips and gently smooth onto face using an upward circular motion. Apply the balm nightly or every other night, depending on need. This beautiful balm heals, replenishes and adds a noticeable radiance to your skin.
Hotty Balm is excellent to use in harsh environmental conditions. Apply before heading out on the water or hitting the ski slopes. Every ingredient adds a special element to this beautiful balm. Shea Butter is an important part of this base. For thousands of years, humans have applied and consumed Shea Butter for its skin-protecting properties. It is very rich in Omega-6 linoleic and Omega-9 oleic Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), which comprise over 50% of Shea Butter by weight. It also contains large, naturally-occurring concentrations of retinol, which is clinically shown to reduce wrinkles, as well as various highly beneficial naturally-occurring UV absorbers, antioxidants and Omega-3 EFAs. It also has a natural SPF of up to 8.
Shea butter is reported to be a natural moisturizer and emollient, as well as a competent cell regenerator. It pulls moisture from the air, allowing your skin to retain extra moisture throughout the day. This also provides your skin with added elasticity, which leads to a younger-looking complexion as well as reduces the appearance of stretch marks, scars and other skin blemishes.
"I have sensitive skin. Always have. About a month ago I was at my chiropractor’s office laying face down on the treatment table. I don't know what was different. Maybe they used a different cleaning compound on the towels but the one I put my face on seemed overly harsh. Within a half hour my face had broken out into a raw red rash. Have you ever seen a baby with an out of control diaper rash....raw and painful and screaming in pain? Now I know what babies go through. My cheeks, chin, nose and forehead were raw, red and painful. Several spots were bleeding. I bathed my face in cool water that helped a bit. I tried moisturizing cream but that burnt it worse. I tried polysporin, Vaseline and some cream that I ran down and bought at Sears. Everything made it hurt. The pricey stuff from Sears was the worst. Finally, I remembered your Hotty Balm face cream. Within five minutes I had relief. I reapplied it four or five times that night. By morning the pain was gone and it had begun to heal. By noon I was able to go out looking normal. I kept using it. The spots that had been bleeding actually healed up in a day or two. I don't know what caused it but your cream saved my life. Thanks. You've really got a winner."
