An Arbitrator serves as a neutral, designated by the parties to a controversy to hear and decide grievance arbitration disputes involving such matters as discipline/discharge, contract interpretation, or other alleged breaches of a collective bargaing agreement.
A Mediator assists parties in resolving intractable or complex litigation or other disputes.
Mr. Meade is a skilled professional Arbitrator and Mediator who can effectively assist you in resolving a wide range of work place, contract, and other disputes. Mr. Meade has broad experience as a litigator and advocate in arbitration and in mediation cases before federal and state agencies and courts. He draws upon his significant legal experience to enable you to expeditiously and creatively resolve even the most complex dispute.
As an Arbitrator, Mr. Meade will provide a fair and impartial hearing and a carefully reasoned decision that draws its essence from the collective bargaining agreement.
As a Mediator, Mr. Meade will listen carefully to each parties' interests, ask probining and incisive questions, and offer creative alternatives in an effort to attain common ground. Where agreement is reached, Mr. Meade will, upon request, reduce the agreement to writing.
