OUR ASSISTANT COACHES ARE CURRENT STUDENT-ATHLETES, COMPETING AT THE HIGHEST COLLEGIATE LEVELS.

THESE COACHES ARE IMMERSED IN THE GAME OF FIELD HOCKEY ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS, DEVELOPING THE MOST UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF SKILLS, TACTICS, AND TRAINING TECHNIQUES. 

YOU'LL NOTICE A NUMBER OF ASSISTANT COACHES ALSO PLAYED FOR NEE, QUICKLY RETURNING TO THE PROGRAM THAT HELPED THEM ACHIEVE THEIR FIELD HOCKEY DREAMS.

       



Boston University '22 

NEE Class of 2018 

BEFORE BU: Four-year starter and three-year captain at Central Catholic High School … MVC Player of the Year and MIAA DI Best of 60 All-Star as a senior … Finished her career with a school-record 123 points … Four-time first team all-conference … Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic, Eagle Tribune Player of the Year and three-time Eagle Tribune All-Star … Helped NEE Gold club team to a fourth-place finish at the 2015 National Club Championships … Also was a four-year starter on the lacrosse team.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018)
Saw action in all 19 games on the season ... a consistent piece of the starting lineup at back, starting in all but one contest ... recorded two goals, one vs. Northwestern (Sept. 2) to force overtime and vs. UMass (Oct. 14).

Lettered all four years at the Governor's Academy... member of the U17 National Team as a sophomore and junior ... First Team All-American for three years ... Independent School League MVP as a freshman and sophomore ... ISL First Team All-Conference all four years ... NEPSAC Tournament MVP as a junior ... ISL Champions her sophomore and senior years ... NEPSAC MVP as a senior ... named Max Field Hockey Best Player in New England as a senior. Also ran track and played basketball and tennis ... was a captain of her high school team as a senior.

Scored first career and game-winning goal in a 3-2 victory against UMass (08/24)

BEFORE UNH
Helped lead The Governor's Academy to three consecutive Independent School League titles and was named to the ISL All-Conference First Team three times... named to the Junior Olympics MAX Field Hockey Top 50 list... selected to participate in the Junior Olympics as an eighth-grader.... as a member of the Northeast Elite club team, finished as national runner-up three consecutive years... also lettered in both indoor and outdoor track at The Governor’s Academy.

• Stopped 100 of 153 shots on goal in 1354:16 for a 2.74 GAA and .654 save percentage
• Started all eight America East conference games; went 4-4 with a 2.24 GAA and .750 save percentage
• Nine saves in a 2-1 overtime win vs. Albany in the America East semifinal (11/4)

As a Sophomore in 2016
• Started all 19 games 
• Recorded 2.75 goals against average
• Recorded 89 saves and had a .631 save percentage

Before UNH
• 2015 graduate of Grafton High School
• Lettered in field hockey, swimming and lacrosse
• Three-time Southern Worcester County League All-Star (2012-13-14)
•  Worcester Telegram and Gazette Super Team as a senior and Honorable Mention as a junior
• As a senior captain, recorded a 1.00 GAA and nine shutouts
