Sales Policy
All sales are final. No returns , refunds, or exchanges. Same day exchange may be allowed with prior approval.
Consignment Policy
Consignment is by appointment only. All items must be IN STYLE, in CURRENT SEASON, in excellent/like new condition. All items must be FREE OF: wrinkles, lint, odors, stains, pet hair, etc., and brought in ON HANGERS. Items with missing buttons, sticking zippers, outdated styles, or that do not meet our criteria will be rejected.
Items are consigned to FRUGALICIOUS® for a period of 60-180 days. Prices will be set by management at the time of consignment. Consignors will receive 40-50% of sale price. All merchandise is subject to special sales promotions and prices will be adjusted accordingly. Out of season and overstocked items are subject to special sales, price adjustments, and/or clearance according to market demand. Upon EXPIRATION of consignment period, all merchandise becomes property of Frugalicious® and MAY be donated to local charitable organizations. A list of donated items will be kept on file for consignors to pick up after the end of the year.
NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the consignor to keep track of the expiration date of contract. If consignor elects to have items returned, they must notify Frugalicious® and pick them up within 3 days of their contract expiration. Frugalicious® is not responsible for notification of contract expiration. Please note that we do not have the capacity to store unsold items in our store. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO EXPIRATION PERIOD or items will become property of the store and may be donated.
PAYMENT: As items sell, amounts will accrue in the consignor’s account. Consignors may use the money in their account as a credit towards store purchases, or request a check. NOTE: Checks are written "upon consignor request" and will available after the 10th of the month for the previous months sales. Checks will not be mailed unless account owners live outside the area.
FRUGALICIOUS® assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident, vandalism, or any other cause.
CONSIGNMENT IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO DROP OFFS, PLEASE. Items with stains, holes, broken zippers, odors, pet hair, etc. will automatically be rejected disposed of.

Layaway Policy
See something you love but doesn't fit into your budget this week? We are pleased to offer our customers a layaway program! A NONREFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the sale price is required. THE LAYAWAY PERIOD IS 30 DAYS. All items must be paid in full and picked up on or before the expiration date. Items that have not been paid for in full by the expiration date will be returned to stock and the deposit will be forfeited to the store, NO EXCEPTIONS.
