Water Extraction & Restoration

Intrusion of water into your home or place of business can result from broken water pipes or water heaters, sump pump failure and/or other types of leaks or appliance failures. Prompt action by our highly trained, experienced restorers with our state-of-the-art equipment and products makes a huge difference in mitigating structural damage to your property. They will extract, dry, disinfect and deodorize any flooded or water-damaged areas.

Drying & Dehumidification

Moisture that is not removed through extraction must be removed by dehumidifcation to prevent further permanent damage and mold growth. Our dehumidifiers have the power and capacity to remove water and moisture from carpets, cement floors, drywall, plaster, interior paint and basements by reducing high humidity and moisture levels to normal levels quickly. We also use powerful air movers (fans) in conjunction with the dehumidifiers. It is vital to have the water removed and the structure dried promptly to prevent the growth of mold.

Mold Growth/Health Issues

Water damage, if left unattended for any length of time, may lead to mold growth which can cause problems for any person or pet, but especially when "at risk" individuals are exposed; "at risk" individuals can include the elderly and young children, those with chronic inflammatory lung diseases and allergies among others. Symptoms may include sore throat, sneezing, coughing, congestion, runny nose, sinus inflamation, aggrevation of asthma, etc. If moisture remains, many organic materials found inside a building, such as drywall, wood, paper and some types of insulation can feed mold growth, therefore prompt action is required to prevent mold growth.
